The rooms of the farm stay Il Portone are furnished with the original fittings of the previous houses, with the purpose to let unchanged the characteristics of the period context.

Pure linen and cotton sheets, curtains and blankets, have been realized by local craftsmen, who follow the tradition of the local craft, proposing again the ancient hand manufacturing of the people who lived in the hamlet.

The fusion with modernity just concerns the main comforts, such as the thermal floor heating, air conditioning and a fridge in each room.
During the renovation works, only natural and non-toxic materials have been used, for the highest well-being of the guests.

Borgo San Martino, with its particular atmosphere hands down in the present a past made of simplicity and authenticity. The rooms of the farm stay are arranged in minute detail, in order to offer the utmost comfort to the guests. Very large, also with terrace, they are realized to be fully enjoyed during the fresh mountain evenings, when it is possible to observe the clear sky with stars and constellations, besides during the hot summer days.

• Half boards involves an extra € 23,00 per person for each typology of rooms.
• Children from 0 to 5 years have free stay in a double room with parents (crib on demand: € 10,00 per day). The inclusion of a 3rd and a 4th bed in each room involves a reduction of 30%.
• Supplements: 20% for single use of double rooms.

Cancellation policy

All bookings must be guaranteed by credit card or a 30% deposit paid by bank transfer. Reservations that are received "today for tomorrow" must be guaranteed by credit card, and in case of no-show the full amount of the stay will be charged. The full refund request is accepted if the reservation is canceled with a minimum of 4 weeks (28 days) prior to arrival date; Otherwise the deposit will be retained. Cancellation with notice of 28 to 15 days prior to the start of the stay will incur a penalty of 30% of the total amount. Upon notice from 14 to 8 days prior to the start of the stay, the penalty is 50% of the total amount. After 7 days, or in case of no-show, it is required to pay for the entire stay. Early check-out is subject to the payment of the remaining nights not enjoyed.
