• Children from 0 to 5 years have free stay in a double room with parents (crib on demand: € 10,00 per day). The inclusion of a 3rd and a 4th bed in each room involves a reduction of 30%.

• Discount: 20% for single use of double rooms.

Cancellation policy

All bookings must be guaranteed by credit card or a 30% deposit paid by bank transfer. Reservations that are received "today for tomorrow" must be guaranteed by credit card, and in case of no-show the full amount of the stay will be charged. The full refund request is accepted if the reservation is canceled with a minimum of 4 weeks (28 days) prior to arrival date; Otherwise the deposit will be retained. Cancellation with notice of 28 to 15 days prior to the start of the stay will incur a penalty of 30% of the total amount. Upon notice from 14 to 8 days prior to the start of the stay, the penalty is 50% of the total amount. After 7 days, or in case of no-show, it is required to pay for the entire stay. Early check-out is subject to the payment of the remaining nights not enjoyed.
